I've never really seen her disappear into a role.
Disappear in to a role? As in, like a super hero? What does this even mean?

Anybody see Room? How good is it
Seems like my kinda movie
Either Mara or Blanchett wins the Golden Globe, but Larson wins the Oscar. It's great although it shouldn't win IMO
It's because she isn't that good. After Winter's Bone she has fallen downhill. It's all David O movies now or her not being Mystique in X-Men

Room isn't underrated. All i've heard is positive buzz.
Nah I saw it.No one watched it ...
Why didn't you watch it ?
What are you waiting for ?
GO WATCH IT NOW
All my friends said no, I haven't seen it so...
JLaw's fine, it's David O Russel that's the problem

She is pretty damn chained to David O Russell. It's going to curse her, just like Leo with Scorsese. A blessing and a curse.
Why don't you like Innaritu?I have Zero Percent Chill
I figure Spotlight, but that'd be a good pick. I need to see Room still.

Brie has the award on lock.
Best Director: Alejandro "A Huge Fraud and Hack With No Talent" Inarritu, The Revenant
The first half was 10/10 A+ amazing shit but it kinda goes down after.Anybody see Room? How good is it
Seems like my kinda movie
we thinking Leo may win tonight?
Really good. It hits a few meh moments in the latter half I won't get into.Anybody see Room? How good is it

You've never heard of this expression? It means that when they watch a movie with J.Law they don't see the character she's playing but just the actress. She's not "disappearing" into the role. It's purely an acting stance as well, not some kind of make-up or effects thing.Disappear in to a role? As in, like a super hero? What does this even mean?
Scorsese did fantastic work though.
lolwe thinking Leo may win tonight?
Yeah I'm gonna skip it.Her performance was great, the movie was not.
It was like 2 separate movies glued together with weird soap opera dream sequences, didn't really flow or work as a single story arc.

Why? Legit question. It's one of my top movies of 2015. Wouldn't give it an award unless it was for VFX or SFX. Not directing, not best movie, none of that.Best picture is legitimately stacked this year all of them are great and I wouldn't be mad if any of them wonMad Max should win though
Jennifer Lawrence was so good in Winter's Bone, just great. It's a shame she had to go on to become David O Russell's muse. He's really holding her back as an actress.
JLaw is always JLaw in her movies. I love her and seriously think she's one of the best in Hollywood but Joy was just shitty all around. Not her fault but still.
I rather leo not win this so he could get the oscar instead.
because the chances of winning of both are rare.
Scorsese is one of the best directors on the planet. Being attached to him has been a huge boon for Leo.
