I'm also playing Dying Light lately and i'm very impressed by a some textures. Those metal scraps on top of some shacks look great:

I also like how the transparent glass textures on the abandoned cars look:

People seem really down on the visuals for Telltale games, but I find the GoT game to have pretty good looking textures with a painted look on them

also still haven't played it yet but I've liked the look on the last of us, it's not just "realistic" looking textures but heavily stylized.

Witcher 3 excels in outfit textures IMO. I also love how the chain mails look in this game.

Conker's fur effect in Live and Reloaded always looks good.

Fox isn't as fuzzy but he has a similar effect in Star Fox Adventures. Both by Rare.

The Fox Engine is a beast. This is a bad example but I am mobile so searching is a pain but MGS V has some spectacular textures.
