Prepare to die was a Namco thing. From Software never used that slogan.

For example, Dark Souls: Prepare to Die edition is named Dark Souls: Artorias of the Abyss in Japan. And the slogan was never used in JP trailers.

People need to realize that both Dark Souls 3 and Bloodborne were contracts From signed *before* being bought by Kadokawa. Kadokawa did not purchase From Software so that they could work on properties they don't own.

From is not working with Namco, they aren't working with Sony, they are doing their own things, things that they (read Kadokawa) will own 100%.
