Those who think cross gen is OK obviously have never played MGS2.
This game for me was one of the most outstanding generational leap felt in any game ever, and in all aspects, if this game was build as cross gen it wouldn't be as 20% as it ended to be.

He’s from a managing background rather than a game creation one, and is talking business and how to get people buying, but he’s also saying the right stuff on PS5 games not being scaled down in scope for PS4, despite the smaller market for the first couple of years or more. He’s also showing what Sony seems to be known for in supporting the smaller studios under their wings that are at risk currently.
Being in the video game platform business must be such a safe bet. I wonder what would need to happen to this spinning ball for people to stop spending money on it.

I'm reading people's comments on gaming sites and man, they're talking shit about Sony just because of the PS5 exclusive games. Comments go from "Microsoft thinks about their old users and supports them with new games" to "Sony has an old way of thinking, we're not in the 90's anymore", and a lot more . I can't believe that a single statement can cause these kind of reactions
