Return of modern setting, weaponry, with a semi futuristic look it seems (confirming rumours of it being a near future setting)
(I'm not referring to the visuals, I know it's pre-alpha; just wanna see what, if anything, can be determined from these screens gameplay wise)
Right? Like I get that it's a cross-gen game, but let's not act like BF1 or BF5 were bad looking games.Have IQs dropped - are people making serious statements on the visuals based on pre-alpha / alpha screenshots.
That's what I want it to look like with advanced physics.Lol...
Looks like previous BF on PS4/Xbox One.

It looks comically bad in these pictures. Here to laugh at the comments of people judging the graphical quality of the game by some leaked screenshot played on whatever platform while we all know the Frosbite Engine is incredible especially in the hands of Dice.
They speak for nothing. You'd be surprised by how bad games can look on pre-alpha/alpha with entire features or effect taken off for reasons. It looks comically bad in these pictures.
Will it end up looking better?
Hopefully but these pictures speak for themselves.
They sure do.They speak for nothing. You'd be surprised by how bad games can look on pre-alpha/alpha with entire features or effect taken off for reasons.
Meanwhile, we all know the Frosbite Engine is incredible, that's a fact.
Because it is a last gen game. It is crossgen.Look like a last gen game. No Battlefield can be worse than BF5 so I'll get this day one.
Who knew Battlefield 3 would be cross gen across PS3 PS4 and PS5.
Hidden Watermarks most likely. That's usually how that stuff is done when your given a product code that's under NDA and is not meant for public views. I had something similar like this when I was given Plants vs Zombies Battle for Neighborville. I was not allowed to capture screens, but of course people blank them out to stay safe, either way its a very disrepectful thing to do and leak stuff like this. The moron was either a disgruntled employee or just wants internet fame. If they are caught, they are most likely to be forevered black listed off the industry or even worse, get sued for a breach of contract. Let's just say, leaking stuff is not a very good idea and you have to be a big dumbass to do it unless you know for a fact your 100% safe. Are the black lines player names or hidden watermarks to identify leakers?
