1. Pay $15 for a powerup account at GameStop

2. Use monthly $5 coupon online to purchase Ultimate for $10

Basically paying GameStop $15 for monthly bathroom reading material and $60 annually/$5 monthly in coupons.

Work smarter, not harder. Happy gaming.

Buy 3 years of Gold from a cheaper region.
Convert to Ultimate for 1 dollar.

Not worry about XGPU till the RTX5090 is out.
If you convert 3 years of gold into Ultimate, don't you still lose a year worth of time because of the conversion, or did they change that?

If you use the join XGPU dollar deal it converts 1 to 1.
If you are already a Gamepass or EAPlay subscriber it uses the other ratio (i literally have never bothered looking at it).
just let your Gamepass lapse and click the 1 dollar deal.

Or go on eneba/cd keys and buy the Xbox gold keys and pay like half that price (i.e. ~$50 instead of $120 as you're proposing).

If you have an active GPU subscription, 90 days of Xbox Gold converts to 50 days of GPU afaik.

Does this work on an existing GPU account? I’m still good through June of next year but starting to try and figure out how to extend it…

Don't get the one year membership of gold as it converts to 4 months a game pass ultimate.

Instead get the 3 month subscription cards for Xbox gold, which convert to 50 days of GPU, when they go on sale for like $6 on eneba/cd keys.

Token says…

You get…

1 month of Gold = 20 days of Ultimate

3 months of Gold = 50 days of Ultimate (1+ month)

6 months of Gold = 79 days of Ultimate (2+ months)

12 months of Gold = 4 months of Ultimate

24 months of Gold = 8 months of Ultimate

1 Month of Game Pass for Console = 20 days of Ultimate

3 Months of Game Pass for Console = 2 months of Ultimate

6 Months of Game Pass for Console = 4 months of Ultimate

12 Months of Game Pass for Console = 5 months of Ultimate

24 months of Game Pass for Console = 10 months of Ultimate

1 Month of PC Game Pass = 20 days of Ultimate

Conversion works but as already mentioned, you won't get 1 : 1 conversion if you have an ongoing game pass. You get prorated to roughly 1/3rd of the days.

Best to save this for when your current GPU lapses. I don't think they're going to stop this any time soon.

Gentlemen, we can rebuild it. We have the capability to make the world's first enhanced store. Steam will be that store. Better than it was before.
Can you still use it on digital items? Last time I tried on a Switch card it wouldn't let me.
I buy a $10 eShop card online every month for $5.

You can just get game pass from Turkish store for 44.99 TRY, which is about 2.40 USD monthly.
And that is regular monthly price without any discounts.

Why put so much effort into not paying for a service that you plan on using? And how is the $1 dollar conversion thing still working? I thought it was long gone now and I thought you could only use it once?

You can use it multiple times, the $1 is only for the first time. If you use it again, you pay $15 (equivalent of one month's GP price) instead.

It's crazy that people are willing to pay for Game Pass and shop at Gamestop.
On PC you get the normal Game Pass for 1EUR because MS allow this offer for "new customers" even with the same account. I just cancel auto renew and reactive with that 1EUR offer. Did that eight times already so it saved me 72 EUR by now.

bruh how do you do that? When I try it with the same account it always asks for full price.

And how many of you talking ish are paying $20 month for Netflix?

Cheap/frugal bastards. Not mad at you, I’m taking notes.

Need details on the MS edge rewards things. Seems like I’d be going out of my way to get enough credits to resub.

I'm doing it via the Game Pass app. Once the subscription ends, I restart the app and get the offer:

On my app Its been £1 a month or £1+ 2 Free Months on PC GamePass for about 18 months now. Can't complain at getting a year for the price of a month :messenger_grinning_sweat:

Can you do this while on 3 years subscription? Does it add up?
You can't stack more than 3 years of GPU from what i've heard. At the very least start earning points and save them for when your GPU expires. Dont claim them until your ready as MS gift cards claimed from rewards points expire in 90 days. So far i've done rewards almost everyday for a year, doing all the quests in gamepass/Xbox rewards app/ and browser searches and i just cashed in my points for a Series S.

I work at the PC all day every day so i rack up the bing rewards every month... i have it set to auto $10 in my account monthly and MS uses that plus my card on file to pay for GPU so i essentially pay $5 per month. No it isn't as good a deal as the conversion tricks but i don't mind giving MS money for the service either.

The rewards points are not tied directly to Game Pass. So as El Muerto El Muerto said, earn points every day and then redeem them later for Game Pass or for something else.

Nicely done, sir!

Or do Microsoft Rewards everyday and not pay at all.
With how cheap the conversion thing is, this is a huge fucking waste of your MS Rewards points, do them and buy games that aren't on GamePass.

You're seriously half a moron if you burn MS Rewards on Gamepass Ultimate, it's the worse deal intentionally on the rewards.

Even in Canadian I only spent around $60-$70 for 3 years of Ultimate with the conversion.

Using the points you have to spend a fuck ton of points that can convert into money on MS store, all that money you're burning you could buy a Series X and sell it and get real money out of it, even at a loss and it's a better use than GPU sub idea.
