However in gametypes where you can't instantly respawn (Objective gametypes) pressing X gets rid of the death cam view and goes into the traditional view we all know.

Yep. This seems to piss off people more than teabagging.
Especially if you do it with the sniper rifle.
It doesn't help that the laws changed since ILoveBees re: ARGs run in the United States.

How do betrayal/suicide respawn penalties work in gametypes with instant respawn? Can Franklinator still insta-spawn after he suicide-betrays me in every fucking match?

The Halo Reach tradition, take your standard abilities out and sell them to you as AAs. Wanna have decent speed? Choose Sprint! Wanna have decent jump again? Even better, how 'bout a jetpack!?

I prefer to teabag while spinning in circles, while simultaneously switching between shooting and meleeing the corpse. Then, I finally end by sticky'ing the dead body, thus suiciding and proving I am the better player.

You have a decent (very good, really) jump, you have a decent speed, and I'm glad we no longer can pick up grenades. For me at least, it makes you really think about how you should use them.
If anything, insta-respawns killed teabag going. Not killcams. Killcams are just something to do if you don't feel like respawning.
