At full price? Or on a nice discount?

I actually bought 5 at full price and the others I either already bought at a sale or will buy during the winter sale. So I can say that the number of games worth full price already greenlit is the same, although the number of games I will buy during a sale is smaller. Enough reason for me to be disappointed.

And how many of the last 44 games released on Steam overall have you been interested in buying?

Four games among the latest 44 games released on the store:
  1. Stealth Bastard Deluxe,
  2. Thomas Was Alone,
  3. Puddle,
  4. Fly'N.

Six games among the latest 44 greenlit games:
  1. Dream,
  2. Octodad II,
  3. Contrast,
  4. The Stanley Parable HD,
  5. The Light,
  6. Fly'N.

Did anybody buy Stealth Bastard Deluxe? Is it any good? I bought it on a whim but haven't played it yet after playing through Mark of the Ninja from the autumn sale and was wanting some more 2d stealth....

Might not be the right place, but I'm looking for Max Payne 3 and will trade Super Street Fighter IV Arcade Edition Complete Pack for it. Just PM me.

I did and have been slowly playing my way through it. Stealth Bastard is a much faster game, it's as much a speedy platformer as it is a stealth game. Each level is a room that's basically a puzzle that you solve in under two minutes, being spotted quickly changes from being a scoring penalty to instant death.

WERE THEY REALLY BIG PICTURE UPDATES OR ARE THEY PREPARING THE GROUND FOR THE THIRD COMING

Does Spec Ops fully support the 360 wired pad? Game page says "partial support" (in many games it's 100% compatible and it still says partial, so it's not a very faithful description I guess).

Ok, I just got the IndieGala Bundle and I have 2 games to give:

Cryostasis
Star Wolves 3 : Civil War

If you want it, just quote me and say "I like cheese" and the game you want xD

HNNNGGG I have to hold back...

Thats cos you spent all your money on ME!
Can I just give a big shout out to this guy, nearly half my backlog is gifts from this particular Gaffer.
(Personally I think you are just trying to get me to break my silent promise to myself to actually PLAY every game in my steam account!)
There should be a running tally of most generous Gaffers or something.

Seriously.
It's so much better than any of the console alternatives.

Speaking of which, HL2, EP1, EP2, & Portal all got Big Picture Mode support today.
Just in time for my new HDTV that's connected to my PC now

I'm disappoint by this update, I hope the plan on adding portal 2 style menus to these games, as it is it's better than before but you can't even change your settings with a controller.

Sword of the Stars II: Enhanced Edition has launched; probably not the best luck that they launched during the free weekend / sale for Endless Space though.
They've spent a year fixing the game after the terrible initial launch and it's apparently now perfectly playable, if rather unpolished. The 'Enhanced' version is effectively the new expansion pack that adds a new race and some other additional content [new weapons, missions and so on].

Star Wolves 3 : Civil War

The only game left.

If you want it, just quote me and say "I like cheese" XD

My god, Planetside 2 is fucking amazing for a free to play title. It's the game Battlefield 4 should want to be.

At this rate, I might seriously consider doing a year of not buying games.

If it had achievements I would buy. I doubt it has online multiplayer too.
It says multiplayer, which I would assume is only local multiplayer...but the ESRB rating does mention that online interactions aren't rated. Weird that they don't clarify either way.

It looks so pretty, but I'm afraid I have neither the PC nor the hard disk space to handle it right now. =P

BF3 is an interesting entry to the franchise, because the gunplay is better than the vehicular combat. On the other hand, I don't think anyone is playing P2 for the gunplay.

Guys, just be sure to have a Windows recovery disk on standby in case this bricks your system, there is literally no way a content patch this large won't introducing a world of bugs.

yuuuuup.

But then you would just buy Station cash, wouldn't you? All those nice weapons take a mighty loooong time to unlock. And those queue's for non-members are awfully long... come ooon, you know you want to... BUY.

Playing Company of Heroes again and I forgot how godawful the hotkeys are. N to throw a grenade makes me sad every time I think about it.

I'd play it, but the OT let me know that my 3 year old rig wouldn't even run the installer. I want to buy a new one next year, gotta start saving.

Is anyone else having problems with this Hitman Absolution update? It won't let me start the game, and the download has just completely stopped at 348/367 MB.

EDIT: Working now, but same problem all over the Steam Forums. Something's up!

Oh nice, Steam decided to download the Orange Box updates at the same time it was resuming the The Witcher download, and now when I tried to redeem the Spec Ops key it completely froze. Fuck.

EDIT: after restarting it, it showed a Validating Steam files pop-up window and froze again. C'mon Gabe, stop fucking around with the server wires!

EDIT 2: what's this shit? every time I launch it it's going to update a different game? Portal and HL2 EP2 the first time, Dota 2 the second, and now Hitman Absolution? And with the client freezing all the time, I'm lucky if I even get to download 5 MB of each one.

FAKE EDIT 3: stealth TF2 update while I was posting this.

I hate the Steam client

I hate it

I want a complete redesign

its so slow and clunky as shit. It wasnt bad before because there was not much to do with it, but now since they added the community stuff it makes no sense to have a client this bad.

Yeah, I'd like it to be snappier in general, especially the browser aspects within the client.

Why do I have to refresh the page every time upon loading a new page in the steam community in the steam client?

That's the only complaint I really have.

Man, I hate how it totally freezes when you redeem a key. Was it always this clunky?
