Jeez...no idea why this is being discussed. Online Shopping Ts&Cs often differ from Brick & Mortar Ts&Cs. Best Buy have a disclaimer on their site saying they can refuse sale owing to errors or glitches.
Its up to the individual if they choose to try and exploit it before its corrected to get a good 'deal'. This is where it is an ethical dilemma
