Yeah, the system will probably sell well enough, but retail workers are going to have a nightmare of a time trying to explain this one to the masses.

From another perspective, this potentially provides absolutely no incentive for devs to use 3D in inventive ways if a good possible chunk of purchasers won't even be able to use 3D. With that said, it's not like the use of 3D so far has been a step above "bottom screen = menus" in terms of inventive uses.
