I think showing The Show's graphics on something on SPIKE could sell the PS4 better than most games in America. It was a showstopper graphically on PS3 yet never got the mainstream attention from Sony since it was yearly but since this is the first next-gen one, they should go all out and pimp it everywhere they go.

Well presumably Spike only cares about getting viewers. With all the preorders and interest in PS4 it stands to reason they'd do a Sony show if it'll help them. I didn't pay much attention to Spike before (I don't even get it, I think...) but presumably it was somewhat MS-centric?

Anyway, that's what I take his post to mean.
