A couple of weeks ago Lord Gaben won a big lawsuit against Leigh Rothschild, a well known patent troll, stay winning you beautiful bastard

Gabe must be a high ranking Mason or another high ranking secret society member to win against the Rothschild. Won't be surprised with how praised and successful Gabe and Steam have become.

Since I don't have the patience to sit through a video here's a summary I had generated.

A federal judge ruled largely in Valve's favor in its dispute with prolific patent litigant Lee Rothschild, finding that Rothschild breached a 2016 global settlement granting Valve a perpetual, royalty-free license to his entire patent portfolio by suing Valve in 2022. That breach stands despite the lawsuit being dismissed, with damages to be decided by a jury. The court also allowed Valve to proceed under Washington's Patent Troll Protection Act, opening the door to treble damages, and let claims move forward seeking to hold Rothschild personally liable by piercing his shell companies. Claims against Rothschild's attorneys for bad-faith litigation were also allowed to proceed. An upcoming Seattle trial will determine damages, liability for a 2023 patent threat, and potential personal responsibility, with the case poised to set a significant precedent against patent trolling.

Gabe Newell is not suicidal. He is happy and healthy and his boats are in tip-top shape.

Getting that out of the way now with the leviathan of the deep on them open seas.

I saw the video couple of days ago. The patent trolls basically overplayed their hand when Valve had purchased a perpetual license. Then they present AI hallucinations to the judge, pure comedy gold.

As for Bark?

Video breakdown.

This Court Ruling Is A Huge Win For Steam

In this video, we explore a significant legal victory for Valve against Leigh Rothschild, a well-known figure in the patent litigation industry who has filed over 1,200 lawsuits. On January 28, 2026, a federal judge issued critical rulings in the case of Valve Corporation v. Rothschild, finding that Rothschild and his company, Display Technologies, breached a 2016 Global Settlement and License Agreement by suing Valve in 2022. The court also confirmed that Valve has the right to pursue claims under the Washington Patent Troll Protection Act, rejecting the defense that only the Attorney General could bring such actions. With a jury trial scheduled in a few weeks to determine damages and personal liability, this case could establish a major precedent for how the tech industry handles bad-faith patent assertions.

Yep, those are the main bullet points of the video. I bet the lawyers got so used to people just rolling over and paying they forgot how to do their jobs.
