3 Months of Audible Audiobooks

Awesome! thanks, elcapitano. I saw this deal almost a month ago, but I wasn't eligible; I tried again after seeing your post and voila! I'm slowly amassing a decent collection from these heavily discounted deals.

Audible deals are so random. I just got off the 3 months free deal - so wasn't expecting to be able to use any of their good deals for a looong time, but this deal just randomly popped up for me in audible a week ago.

Yeah the deals seem quite random. Sometimes it seems like you only qualify every year or so but recently I've qualified for this twice in the past 6 months.

But sometimes I just create new accounts if there is something I want because they always qualify for a free trial or a 3 month deal.

Used my credit this month on the new full cast Harry Potter book.
I wonder if that is why they were so lenient on the terms of this deal - try and get people hooked on the Harry Potter books and then have to complete the set.

Yup, they randomly sent me promos that I cannot use, but this one I was able to (France), got full-cast HP book and will use the next two credits for the second and third book. Insane deal for less than 1€ per book.

Quite possibly, even still a good deal all the same.

Once my deal runs out I'll just make a new account for the remainder of the books

Anyone know where you can find out what your next charge amount will be? I can't figure out when my deal will end, and they seem determined to obfuscate it.

Check your email when you resubscribed and count from there.
That sucks though and is pretty sketchy - all of their prime video subscriptions for example will tell you what your upcoming payment amount will be, seems borderline illegal to not tell you what you will be billed.

If you're gonna bump this thread, you need to explain that "AUDIBLE STANDARD" SUCKS AND IS A TRAP.

Under the "Standard" plan, you lose all the audiobooks you pick if you ever let your membership lapse. If you want to keep your audiobooks even after you cancel your membership, you need the Premium Plus plan. In fact, the Standard plan doesn't even give you access to the really good sales.

At least, that is how it now works in the U.S. I don't know for sure about the U.K.

If you want to keep the audibooks for good, you can use an app called Libation https://getlibation.com/

The app will download the audiobook locally and decrypt it so you will always have a copy saved where ever you like and dont have to rely on the Audible app.

I have used it for years now and have all my Audiobooks saved to my NAS and can use whatever app i want to listen to them
