Warner Bros. Discovery has confirmed that a live-action version of the 1960s animated series The Jetsons, starring Jim Carrey, is in development.

The film, which was reported in October 2025 as having Colin Trevorrow attached to direct, was mentioned in Warner Bros.' second-quarter 2026 shareholder letter among its upcoming slate of new releases. It is currently set for release "beyond 2027"
