GOG is doing one of their giveaway games and today looks like an interesting one called Alwa's Awakening. I'm not familiar with this game but it looks pretty good like an old metroidvania NES title.

It's only good for 35 hours from the time of this posting. Just add it to your library.

It looks kinda basic in terms of story, characters and gameplay, but it has some charming backgrounds.
