They need to get rid of this anime art style....they should go back to the glory days back in the 80's. Needs more Conan the Barbarian.

The crap art style didn't affect the quality of DoS, so who cares. As long as the gameplay is fantastic, I'm happy. :)

And the anime thing has been there for the past few GBA games, so I don't see why it's a problem only now.

Kojima, you better be working on a 2.5D Castlevania for Wii and not another 3D Castlevania. :(

The artwork is fine and at least it's better than DoS... plus, is not like the sprites in the game would be different if Iga used Kojima's artwork...

Artwork aside, I can't wait to give this game a try. The two character thing sort of reminds me of DoS's Julius mode in a vague way. Using both at the same time will open the gates for all sorts of new mayhem.

I seriously miss Ayami Kojima's character designs!

But the game looks absolutely great, will be adding this game to my long-list of holiday season must-buys.

i really dont care about -external- artwork. Every single CV was kinda anime stylish INGAME.
i really care about how damn easy was DoS.
CotM was a metroidvania with the right difficulty. Please IGA.

I've not really been following this one too closely until recently (I only beat DoS yesterday), but please tell me they've ditched the drawing of seals?

This is all i could find online, there's more in the artwork section of the official strategy guide (don't ask me why i have it) but its a lot of good stuff, it just doens't translate well when you have like 5 polygons to work with. There's also a lot of cool stuff that didn't make the cut for whatever reason, like the Frankenstein character that was supposed to be playable.

What's the good artist (kojima) up to anyways? Maybe her absense from this one means another console version isn't far behind? Not that I care for the console games but we need more of her art. btw, isn't she Hideo's sister?
