I've gone ahead and grabbed the most comprehensive of each thread and stickied them in the Online / Matchup Forum for the sake of convenience.
However, these are large threads, and I could use some help from folks willing to go through them and compile a list of all the nicknames contained within, which I would then edit back into the first post on a regular basis. One person doesn't need to handle this all the time, but if you've got a few free minutes, anything you could add would be great. Just take the most recent listing and do what you can, just be sure to let us know where you left off.
