Is there any reason to download the newest drivers? I own a GeoForce 4 ti 4200, and I'm still running the drivers that came with the card.

If you're running drivers that came with the card, then yes. The drivers that come with the card are usually pretty old by the time it gets into the hands of the owner.

Oooh... not to mention that the drivers that came with the card could have shit added to them besides the pure chipset software (remember Creative Labs' heyday?)
Never install drivers off of a CD. No matter what it is, check the manufacturer's website first; and that means Nvidia and not Chaintech or whatever.
