The ADM explains that "the making available free of charge in premises open to the public of the equipment referred to in art. 110, paragraph 7, of the TULPS does not exempt from the obligation to comply with the provisions in force and from the payment of the related tax" . Therefore, the owners of the establishments who have installed and made available, even free of charge, devices with no cash prizes (therefore including eSport rooms, LAN rooms and simulation centers) must ensure that they are:
