I'm stuck on the mountains trying to divert the Western Guard army so Bart can retake Bledavik and Aveh once again, but this bitch is TOO TOUGH TO DEFEAT!

I'm putting on AR+2 twice on the gear PLUS beam coat but I CANNOT SEEM TO BEAT HER!

Can someone give me some hints as to how to defeat her in this first battle with her? I'm getting PTSD memories from Dark Soul's Gargoyles

I'll use Ether Machine's Guided Shots for the first set of enemies but I'll have to stock up on EP items.

I always found that physical attacks and a set of bread and butter combos basically guides you through any fight. I think the key here is speed and then heavy damage. Makes me want to replay this.

I just defeated Elly in the first battle with her so far on the mountains where she explains about the concept of 'Drive' and how she uses it when she tries to do something that's against her very nature.
