Thought about that myself. If I only need one dose to be eternally young as long as I don't die some other way, then yes. Yes I probably would. I'd feel bad knowing they're sentient, though.
Edit: if I need more than one dose, though. Like it's a yearly thing. Nah, is feel too guilty.

A far better discussion is exposure to the alien virus from Wild Cards. IIRC it was 50% death, 45% a horrible disfigurement (called jokers), 4%a neutral weak ability (deuces) and only like 1% a phenomenal power (the aces). How that hasn't been adapted yet astounds me, and lesser works have pirated all their good ideas now, it would feel derivative.
