Anyone with experience think it's worth it to buy something off Yahoo Auctions Japan with a website like Tenso? or should I just buy said item from ebay? Or, alternatively, fucking fly to Japan and just buy something like that?

I've used Rinkya in the past. The are responsive, and I personally have never experienced any issues buying with them.
