Thinking about getting a DS, went to EB and they said I can purchase a warranty for $15 for one year. The dude said it will cover anything that goes wrong with it. Sounds like a good deal.

It comes with the same warranty from Nintendo. Is it really worth spending $15 in that the off chance your DS breaks down, you can swap it out that day instead of waiting a few days for Nintendo to get it back to you?

No. It's not Sony hardware, plus Nintendo has very good customer service in these matters.

Do not buy the in-store warranty. Nintendo's customer service is godly, due to their "ah, screw it--let's just send him a brand new one" policy.
