I'm using www.monster.com right now and I've already had 3 interview lined up within 4 days of using it.

Monster rocks, too bad you can't search jobs right now due to maintenance.

I used careerbulder, monster, nationjob, jobs.com, brassring, and a few others that may or may not still be in the field, as well as a few specialized sites. And never got a single reply from any of them in almost two years.

AS soon as I hit a decent career fair, though, I got two offers.
