Neues Ace Combat? Bandai Namco schützt Wings of Liberation und War of Liberation

30.01.07 - Bandai Namco hat die Bezeichnungen Wings of Liberation und War of Liberation beim japanischen Patent- und Markenamt schützen lassen. Aus der Eintragsbeschreibung ist nicht ersichtlich, um was es sich handelt.

Die Namen lassen allerdings die Vermutung zu, dass es sich vielleicht um Untertitel für ein neues Ace Combat handelt. Ob dieser Verdacht richtig ist, bleibt bis zu einer offiziellen Ankündigung bzw. Bestätigung von Bandai Namco abzuwarten.

Plant Square Enix Makai Toushi SaGa-Remake?

30.01.07 - Square Enix könnte vielleicht an einer Neuauflage des Rollenspiels Makai Toushi SaGa arbeiten. So hat das Unternehmen den Markenschutz für Makai Toushi SaGa beim japanischen Patent- & Markenamt erneuern lassen.

Makai Toushi SaGa wurde bereits am 20.03.02 für den WonderSwan Color in Japan veröffentlicht. Auf welcher Plattform die mögliche Neuauflage erscheinen könnte (PC, Konsole, Handy), ist unklar.

Eine offizielle Ankündigung oder Bestätigung von Square Enix liegt noch nicht vor.

Square-Enix updated its trademark on Makai Toushi SaGa. And well, as you see, it was released in WonderSwan on 2002 so it could be a handheld title...

Yes, makaitoushi was already remade. We need SaGa II remake ASAP! (it's still my all time favorite Square game)

Wouldn't surprise me if Square Enix was putting an upgraded version of SaGa on the DS, just as they did with Front Mission.

It'd be pretty damned disappointing, though. I've been wanting a new SaGa game (new trilogy, actually) for a long while now.

Yes, makaitoushi was already remade.

So was Romancing, but they remade it a 3rd time for PS2 anyway. :/

I'd like to see Makaitoushi SaGa 1+2: Dawn of Kawazu myself for DS though. :lol
