Dear Nintendo partners,
We are updating Nintendo Developer Portal Terms of Services and Non-
Disclosure Agreement.
Effective as of 11 15, 2016 (PST) , changes will go into effect. Use
the
Portal after the effective date of the changes will be deemed to be your
acceptance of the updated Nintendo Developer Portal Terms of Services.

I mean you can at least prompt the resident translators to do their magics but you just plop the damn thing in front of us assuming we'd instantly get it.
