The Rayman Legends demo accidentally went live on the eShop earlier today and fellow gaffer NateDrake was quick enough to pick it up, here's a head to head comparison he put together:

Now this is a demo and probably shouldn't be judged as the final build (though it very well could be) and as you can hear the Switch version has some pretty bad audio issues at all times. Performance also doesn't seem 100% consistent.
As a whole it looks nearly identical to the Wii U version although you can now free roam during the Murphy segments if you don't want to use the touch screen which is a nice addition that I believe was also in the Vita version.
