Looks very likely.

Most recently Success released a spin-off puzzle game on the 3DS developed by Racjin, if Touch Detective 3 is coming, there's little doubt it's for 3DS.

Success is making a bit of a comeback in the retail gaming business, I think the spin-off was their first retail release since at least 2009 in Japan? They also published games like Domino Rally for Wii by Red Entertainment, and Operation Darkness (in-house I think) for 360, as well as Shepherd's Crossing (in-house) which had games on PS2, PSP, and DS.

Haven't gotten around to the second one yet but the first was pretty cool. I'm happy to see the the triumphant return of Success to the retail game market. I hopes Atlus USA is as well.
