Sky Shark port on NES was so brutal but the incredible music keeps you trying again and again. Good memories, Fire Shark on Genesis/Megadrive is amazing too, we used to have good ports for these games during that era, Shmups were both popular and a showcase of power for consoles to flex, hell I love parallax scrolling thanks to them.
