I mean, when's the last time the Taliban have stormed a US army outpost and actually took over said outpost, either killing everybody or taking prisoners? I don't think it's ever happened. The only times it seems they can capture a prisoner is when somebody wanders off the base or takes a wrong turn.

They're using guerrilla tactics, the whole point is to not fight in full frontal assaults.

There are acronyms out there that would take the 2nd letter of a word of skip entire words so the acroyn itself would make sense and can be easily pronounced.
