I think it's the eyes that give them that uncanny doll like look, but it's pre-alpha footage, so hopefully they improve on that aspect.

Exactly! Their faces and eyes look dead and emotionless and it needs to be one the first and most important things for them to fix. WuWa don't have this problem at all and especially during cut-scenes and conversations.

Like 80% Japanese games looks the same and 80% of western games look the same? It's just anime stylistic. Settings, character art, environment are different if you bother too look slightly deeper.
And style wise Call of Duty, Uncharted, E33 looks the same
