I have one of those monitors at work. They are pretty damn good for a tool, not as great for playing videogames on it but Xbox 360 is nice and pretty on it (just not as nice as on my Sony LCD HDTV). Unless you are going to use it as a computer monitor ASWELL as for videogames, I'd recommend getting a 1080p LCD TV. Just work out with organ you want to sell first

there's the BenQ FP241W 24" if you need a monitor for PC and Xbox360/PS3

it's a great monitor, and have HDMI, DVI, Component, VGA... imho better than the Dell

Im using one of those right now. Pretty great for everything I've thrown at it. Component quality is terrible, but VGA and DVI are both spectacular looking. I use the VGA for 360 and DVI for my computer. That's alot less than I paid for mine, also.
