Allow me to point out that if Delegates genuinely think that my talking about who their campaign donors are—and how much they’re receiving from corporate lobbyists/corporate PACs—is an ad hominem attack… then they should be refusing those donations.

Yeah, refuse any donation that, if someone mentions it, makes you feel personally attacked.

Because that’s not an attack. That’s guilt. And you SHOULD be feeling that. Let that guilt about who you’re really working for inform your votes; don’t let the corporate money do it.

Makes sense to me...

I lived in West Virginia for a year and it gave me a mid-life crisis half a decade early, so this somehow isn't any surprise.

It's crazy; I live in Miami now and feel like the economic disparity and corruption was actually more palpable in WV. The only people that enter the state are generally the ones feeding off of the ones too poor and with too much family to leave.

Whether you lean left, right or not at all, I would guess (and hope) this looks bad.
Yeah, this should set off the alarm bells for anyone. The fact that you can't even state out loud who these people are being paid by is fucked. A clear example of what has been stated for years: There's way too much fucking money in politics swaying decision and policymaking.

This is the truth, plain and simple, i do not believe a single politician who has any kind of power is good, they are all the same, and those that are different never get in power
