GamePass is not available on PC yet. You can purchase GamePass via Windows Store (which kind of confuses people) for use on Xbox, but you can't play Xbox GamePass titles on PC unless it's coincidentally also a Play Anywhere game. Play Anywhere games do not require a GamePass subscription.
