iYakku and Gessenkou have finally released the full version of their English translated video. This is a massive effort by them as they've gone through the trouble of even fully translating menus, battle dialogue and more!

As you can see from the screens above, this is extremely well done. If you're curious to know how the battle system of Xenoblade Chronicles X works this is a pretty useful video to have.

They've also previously translated the Field/Overview Presentation

And a website video update from February 12th

I've been waiting for this, I Can finally watch the battle "Direct" now.

Thanks OP for the heads up!

Never spotted this before, but given Elma's comment "the aliens that captured you are probably still out there" and the ongoing food quips, what are the odds one of the early missions involves rescuing Tatsu from some beasties trying to make him their dinner, and that's the point at which he joins the team?

Doesn't read OPs, especially not his own
Glad to see iYakku starting to get recognition, well deserved especially with the amount of information to translate.

I found out about iyakku when somebody posted the remix video he did of some of the songs like maybe 6 months ago and fell inlove with it.

I knew the game has a lot of depth but thanks to them I discovered there is more depth than I imagined.

Won't watch this one since I already watch the one with the base translation, although it is great someone goes all the way to fully translate these to the smallest detail.

This is really something!! I've already seen the Gessenkou original translation. But to go this far editing all the menus is really hardwork!!

Otsukare~!!

That's quite an effort. Thank you very much, but man, too much. I fear for the guys' life balance.

Lol, Gessenkou has it very much under control. The guy is extremely efficient, accurate, precise and effective. He gets stuff done with attention to detail.

I should also point out that Gessenkou is the one doing the bulk of the hard translation work, iYakku revises the text translations, then create the videos which are amazingly well done. Both of them are working on different aspects, but their collective attention to detail has resulted in these amazing videos for us. Check out Gessenkou's page, has even more info (translations of every art during battle, the website entirely translated, the short stories etc: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1vmQ7tYhSygyO1V8STQ_N9pWGEppVJUvvHz4bCAk-hSg/pub)

We've seen it mentioned before, something like 'Tatsu comes under your care when you run across him on Mira early in your adventure'... It would be very likely to be exactly like that, but an alternative (which we have more evidence for) is Tatsu gets stuffed with other food (beets? Turnips? Potatoes?) in some sort of storage container, and you rescue him from that. We saw it at the end of the E3 trailer with 'Tatsu free at last!' and they're in the same setting during the exploration trailer when Tatsu shows you the 'Navigation Ball!'.
