We're expecting the PS3 to sell like it did last month? I thought through part of January and most of February the 80GB model pretty much got phased out. Isn't that going to hurt sales?

Usually January has a bit of the leftover Christmas rush in it (e.g. giftcards getting spent), so February is usually down from that. However last year's leap week pushed this January farther out from Christmas than usual, so it may not be as drastic this year. You also have shortages for some systems to figure in for a January -> February transition.

Fun stuff.
