I think Russia might move against a defenseless Nato country (Like the Baltics) just to test NATO's resolve..but they wont move against a Nato country like Turkey that could make them bleed.
Seeing as the tweet wasn't news then yes, you are correct.
All the meetings happening including the NATO Article 4 and UNSC meetings are par for the course in this situation.

But I'm pretty sure Putin will leverage on this incident a lot, trying to get even more power and freedom in this war.
I really don't get the Erdogan game, he gains nothing from this, seems a desperate move from someone that's losing the hold of the situation.

Maybe the PKK. But the rest of the Kurds are allied with FSA ,the US, and are part of a US backed alliance; they have no reason to get involved in a dispute between Turkey and Russia.

Don't be naive of where the shot was fired. We should take Turkey's word over Russia's, even as we condemn them for their actions.
NATO is ok if you have countries with some modicum of restraint and some sensibility of what their actions could mean. If the US gets attacked you damn better know that Canada and the UK and others will be there to help just like if Canada gets attacked I hope the US is there to back us up, but that's also because Canada isn't starting shit just because we know the US is there. I am all for having turkey and any other nation that would be aggressive because NATO has a defense mandate to be kicked out of NATO. We aren't their personal army.

Turkey doesn't even have any strategic weapons, on a nation to nation level, Russia can wipe out Turkish armed forces from miles away. Turkey's only deterrence against Russia is Nato and its umbrella.

Russia is massively more powerful than Turkey military-wise but it's not going to be matter since they're not going to be fighting each other. It's going to be proxy actions in Syria which are going to ruin the lives of many, many people.
