There must have been a somewhat large gap between PS4 and Xbox One.

Aaand this is why I have always said that comparing months to months (to last gen) is pretty pointless. Year to year gives a lot better picture. For example before this month PS4 was actually not that far ahead of PS3s 2008 numbers. PS3 sold 378k during november 2008...
