BELLMEAD- A four-year-old hugged his teachers aide and was put into in-school suspension, according to the father. But La Vega school administrators have a different story.

Damarcus Blackwell's four-year-old son was lining-up to get on the bus after school last month, when he was accused of rubbing his face in the chest of a female employee.

The prinicipal of La Vega Primary School sent a letter to the Blackwells that said the pre-kindergartener demonstrated "inappropriate physical behavior interpreted as sexual contact and/or sexual harassment."

Blackwell says it's ridiculous that the aide would misread a hug from a four-year-old. Blackwell wrote to administrators demanding that the whole incident be expunged from his son's academic file because his son is too young to know what it means to act sexually.

David Davis, the executive director of the Advocacy Center in Waco tends to agree with Blackwell. He says assuming the boy has not had sexual encounters, or been inappropriately exposed to pornography, most four-year-olds are sexually innocent.

Blackwell got a response from the La Vega administration. The sexual references on the discipline referral were removed. But the thing that makes Blackwell most upset is they told him "your request for an apology by the aide and removal of all paperwork regarding this incident is denied." Now the young student's file will refer to the incident as "inappropriate physical contact." And Blackwell says he will continue to fight the district.

La Vega I.S.D. administrators told News Channel 25 they couldn't comment on this case because of student privacy issues.

I'm not sure what political party or movement to blame for this sort of stupidity, and I'm not going to try. I could see a case for a lot of different sides, but why bother - this is just stupid, and it shouldn't have happened.

First time, just tell the kid not to do that at school. If he does it again, spank him. If he does it again, send him to the principle. If he does it again, send him home, and let the parents take care of the "discipline problem."

I'm not even so sure it is a discipline problem, but whatever, if the teacher doesn't want you doing it, you shouldn't be doing it.

It sure as shit isn't sexual harassment.

Little kids are /supposed/ to hug people. That's what little kids DO.

If anyone needs help here, it's the teacher's aide. If she considers physical contact with a FOUR YEAR OLD to be sexual in any manner, she needs THERAPY.

See the problem is it was only a 4 yr old kid, If it was a hight school kid, the teacher would have been okay with it and would most likely had sex with him, if you go by the recent trend of teacher sexin up students...

If this situation gets out of control, he'll probably grow up with a slew of mental problems. He'll become introverted, distant, and afraid of women. This whole thing sucks.

When the teacher complained, the principal should have just laughed in her face. A big deal out of absolutely nothing.

4 year olds are short. The only titties that a 4 year old could rub his face in are super saggy sand bags. The only conclusion I can draw is that the teacher is an undersexed fosil who is upset with the way her lonely life turned out.

Wow, the world is getting ridiculous these days. Back in kindergarten, I kissed the student teacher on the lips as a dare. I'd probably be in jail if that had happened today.

When I was in Kindergarden (I think I was 5), their was this girl who used to always wanna kiss, well I didnt wanna kiss her, but she said if I kissed her shed take her clothes off. So when the teachers would get all the kids together, me and this girl would go behind a small book case and shed pull her pants down and show me the goods.

Well I told my buddy about it and said its the best thing ever, and got her to show him but he said it was bad (homo), and the peer pressure got to me and I told her we had to stop.

The next year, this trifiling bitch tried to ****ing tell on me, saying I pulled her pants down and shit, if I didnt kiss her now. Shed always raise her hand saying she was gonna tell and say something else, bitch used to scare me so bad. Until finally the bitch moved.

Then fast foward to the 7th grade, the girl was in my middle school :lol She never said a word to me but she knew.


So anyway, my point is, Im pretty sure I hadnt been exposed to any porn or been molested and I still knew I wanna to see that lol
