World premiere now means "slightly longer CG trailer."
Seems like a full priced retail release.
I'm looking forward to some gameplay, but I still think there's no way this makes February. That's in three months!

World premier can mean new footage/trailer for already announced games. This has been a thing these last years.
World Premiers means "something new from a game".
We haven't really seen much of this game, so it's actually about halfway on the spectrum of what they've shown in the past a world premier.

Hey guys, seems like some sites already have a new ad for Far Cry Primal. In the ad you can see gameplay of the player character controlling animals and use them in combat. That’s probably what we will see at the Game Awards as well.
