(if you're using Instagiffer, turn off the "enhance" effect. It includes it by default for some reason, but it makes things look worse, like a TV with too much sharpening)

In the west, they're infamous for having created Rapelay though, and they've been very paranoid about the western market ever since that whole debacle. Maybe they're finally getting over it. At least they seem to be targeting a western release as well.
