Now we’re hearing that a sequel is in development. This week’s Famitsu reveals the existence of Disney Magic Castle: My Happy Life 2 (which should be Disney Magical World 2 if/when it comes over), and it’s heading to 3DS.

Bandai Namco will be sharing more details at an event scheduled for July 6. Some parts of this will be broadcasted on the Bandai Channel. It’s not live yet, but the official website will be located here.

Mixed with shallow but not terrible action RPG combat.

My god, I can never tell my wife!

She and I put so many hours into the first one. It's like Animal Crossing without time being important and some fun lite RPG and management sim elements.

If you haven't played the first one, I'd recommend a physical copy because the digital version runs like crap for some reason.

I almost bought the first one when it was BOGO at Best Buy but went with Yoshi's New Island instead since I was still hardcore into Animal Crossing at the time. Kinda regret not getting it.

My sister adored the first one. I played quite a bit too, but I soon forgot about it and was playing other games
I will definitely purchase the sequel though if it comes over. Hoping it has some improvements.

Cool to hear! I unfortunately kind of doubt this one being localized though considering how the last one did terribly in the US at least... =(

I'm still thinking about picking up the first one. It looks appealing but also a time sink. Don't know if I have the time right now.

This game did really well in Japan AFAIK. The sequel should also do well. Surprised that it took them so long to announce it.

I greatly enjoyed the first one. This will be a day one purchase for me.
