Think he meant whats in this as extra, and it really is nothing

the "missing link" is completely forgettable and the jacket is ugly on Delsin too.

Thanks! Never intended to buy the game before, but now I might as well see what it's about. And whenever they release a sequel, I'll have a better idea if I'm interested or not.
Never played any of the previous infamous games either.

This is new to me... I believed PSN checked your cards country of origin, but apperantly that is no longer the case anymore.

Sony are very good at honouring it, they'll fix the problem quick enough but they've never gone and removed the item from people that bought during the error

Unsure about your internet situation but might you consider logging in via a web browser, buying it online, and requesting the download be sent to your PS4? Just a thought.
