Yeah. Vague "March" like Fast RMX which got confirmed for a western launch day release.
I'd imagine it's done since it's out in japan so who knows when they'd want to release it

Region-free makes it too tempting not to get games at launch like Puyo Puyo Tetris and Snipperclips, but seeing as how I'll be playing with others, it seems like it's almost better to wait a bit longer, even though the gameplay is pretty simple to understand.
