My mission: to convince my wife to allow me to have a 360.

So, I need to know of GOOD games that the wife and I can play together to help convice her to allow me to buy the thing. :D

I know most of you guys live in your parents basements, so for you guys just think of games that your imaginary girlfriends would enjoy.

Just introduce her to the Xbox LIVE Arcade. There are a lot of great games there, including some with co-op, that I'm sure she could enjoy.

The original posters thread is a perfect illustration of the wussification of men in America. Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying that women should be barefoot and pregnant in the kitchen or anything, but this is just ridiculous.

I am 31 years old, and it horrifies me that a MAJORITY of my college buddies are in relationships similar to the original posters. You posted here asking for advice on how to get your wife to agree to "LET YOU" purchase an Xbox 360.

My first advice would be for you to re-read your post to see how ridiculous it is. Second, you are asking the wrong questions in the wrong forum dude. The wrong question to ask is what games she might like where she would feel compelled to let you purchase an Xbox 360. The right question to ask is, why does your wife have that much control over you in your relationship, and how can you change it? This is the wrong forum to be asking and receiving any advice on the right questions you should be asking.

You're going about this the wrong way. You need to divert her attention to something else, then go and get yourself a 360. My friend got (unexpectedly) a kitten a few months ago. His wife was so taken with the cat that he had no trouble getting himelf a 360 and a brand new monitor to play it on with no argument from her.
