Personally looking forward to A Vampyre Story, Kaptain Brawe, So Blonde and The Whispered World. And when I really think about it, this genre is the one I love the most. Ofcourse playing COD4 online is awesome, but it will never give me what adventure games will give me.

I really hope Gray Matter comes out this year. I haven't heard anything new about it in a while, but if it does come out, Adventure Game of the Year 2008 definitely. Jane Jensen is the best there ever was.

The Whispered World is an abandoned project that is only made available as a demo for download, with the full version unlikely to surface due to publishing problems.

You control her using the equipment in the ship she's trapped in and you have to anticipate the possible dangers and try to gain her trust. Can't wait for Vampyre Story. The art looks stunning and the premise is funny and crazy enough to create some great situations.

I am planning my come back to the genre, this year I want to try adventures again afters years of being away from the genre. I suck at them and get stuck easily, but their focus on dialogues and story, combined with the great ambientation they have makes a real interesting genre.
