I doubt they learned anything, there must be some inner details about these extra-late ports (DW6, DW6E) that makes them do way worse than other extra-late ports (Orochi 1, Orochi 2). I'm not really into these series, but I think the Orochi games have good word of mouth while DW6 was trashed. Maybe some are good ports and the others bad ports, dunno.

Last Rebellion is the worst offender on the list imo. It didn't just do bad, it took long to make, it gave the developer a (even worse) bad image and I doubt its publisher liked all this. In the end, the other 3 are lesser projects (late ports/re-releases) but this one was a brand new game in a new platform for the developer. We just have to look back at Dragoneer's Aria to see it would have been far wiser to continue that road.

It seems like they are mostly counting on NA sales for it, it's got a really quick localization (due out later this month, Feb 23, according to a blog post today)

They sort of did the same thing with Dragoneer's Aria (from the same company, but for PSP), that actually came out in NA first (by 2 days).

AT3 is a totally different story, its by far the best AT start. 57k -> 69k -> 86k.

EOE is better, 155k is much more inline with SO4 360 which is what I was saying in the previous thread.

Last Rebellion is by Hitmaker, they make nothing but "hits" be it be for the PSP, the DS, or the PS3. I'm not sure why anyone is surprised by this. :P
