What was wrong with it?
Well it's been tempremental for a long time where it'd just randomly switch itself off and the water would go cold after leaving it running for more than a minute. Yesterday my mum tried to turn on the heating to see if that'd work but it stopped it working completely.
He was here for a few hours and I think he flushed out all our pipes as he turned off the mains water, opened all the taps and drained it all and I've no idea what he did after that. It works now though.

So I booked my CCNA again. Hopefully the second time will be my last.
It's £170 which I can kind of see is understandable, but it's £40 tax. Why the hell is the tax so high to take a damn exam
