We already knew this, but it is ONLY now MS allowing closer to the metal, so there were NOT able to get to the metal before (But the PS4 has already got to the metal)

This is why games have been slightly behind the PS4, and this is the exact reason why it will over take it and DOUBLE performance with DX12.
