What games show off this bad boy? I got asscreed 4, killzone shadowfall and wolfenstein for $76 today at the target sale, and bought knack, injustice, and lego marvel. I got the ps4 camera and an extra controller. What games best show what the console is capable of? What are the best split screen games? Any awesome psn games I should look out for?(I already own all the ones that were through ps plus).

But those games you mentioned are a great start, I enjoyed all of them.

Flower is really a must play. Towerfall is one of the best local coop games on there, and Resogun is amazing too.

To be honest two of the three big exclusives that show off this system's graphical capabilities are pretty bad. This is coming from somebody who was hyped for those two games =/.

You already own Towerfall Ascension through plus. That's probably the best game. Sportsfriends is absolutely amazing for local multiplayer too.

I had a blast with Marvel Lego. Play with friends, it's charming and fun.

Destiny beta is all you need right now (it's open to everyone now).
After that's finished, get TLOU:R (if you haven't played it on PS3), Killzone:SF, Infamous:SS (best exclusive so far and by far, the prettiest next gen game).
I guess you could buy BF4 too since it's finally out of the alpha.

There's a PSN sale on Injustice and LEGO Marvel this week, so headsup on that.
Oh I see, but that's like your opinion man. Infamous might have been a little light on content but I wouldn't consider it a bad game.
Knack was ok for a launch game.
Killzone was the only exclusive I have disliked so far. Bored me to tears.

Definitely my opinion. IMO it was tedious, repetitive, sometimes frustrating, and even super boring in spots. But I know there were a lot of people out there that loved it.

What's the deal with people using spoiler tags like this when it's not a spoiler? It seems to be really common on gaf and makes spoiler tagging pretty useless since 99% of the time it's not a spoiler and you feel like you need to check it to read the rest of the post.

Target is doing $15 off certain games when you buy preorder cards. The trick is, asking them to price match with amazon first, then you hand them the preorder cards. Brought asscreed 4 and Wolfenstein both to $20ish

Generally I find it is pretty easy to tell if they're "real" spoilers or stuff like that, just use the context of the post and make note of the thread title.

if theres a nba 2k14 demo try that out (Don't buy it though, unless you like pulling hair out), game looks amazing despite all its flaws. I wasn't really that suprised by Infamous, thought the art style was rather bland, honestly. Try to get into the destiny beta if you can, game looks beautiful

....Well...mostly. Its obvious that being a launch window game hurt it.

did my cousin the favour of turning off his "game mode" on his fancy-ass-huge-ass-samsung-ass-tv-thing while playing Infamous - couldn't believe he didn't notice how horrible the game looked prior to that.
[stretching out 1080p's worth of pixels over 50+ inches of real estate really doesn't do it favours either, but i digress...]

Infamous: SS is great and looks fantastic,especially once you unlock stuff.
Transistor - Amazing game and makes great use of the speaker in the DS4
Towerfall and Sportsfriends are must haves if you can get friends and extra controllers by your ps4.
JS Joust could possibly be my favorite game this year...but you need at least three to get the fun going.

If you're buying just PS4 exclusives / console exclusives here is how this list you posted looks:
- Infamous (isn't a must buy)
- TLOU remaster (if you want it)
- Destiny (if you want it on PS4)
You need a better headset too. The most tolerable online game is probably Battlefield. It's still pretty buggy though.
I'm hoping to find the sony gold headset on sale!
